Transportation will be provided for those arriving Monday, March 5^thand Tuesday, March 6^th (if you are arriving on these dates and have made your own arrangements, please email eventregistration@tkevents.ca.  If you are arriving outside of these dates, you will be responsible for coordinating your own transportation at your own expenses. 1. Depart plane and proceed to passport control (International & USA arrivals only) - ensure you have your passport and a downloaded copy of the conference agenda (access here) in case customs requires it.
2. Proceed to baggage claim to retrieve your luggage. 
3. Proceed to exit doors and arrivals hall. Look for a greeter with a Quadient sign. They will take you to your shuttle. *Our grounds crew has your specific flight intinerary and will be monitoring all flights for delays. We will adjust shuttle times based on your actual arrival should there be a change.*

If you are unable to locate your checked luggage upon arrival, you must notify a representative of your airline in baggage claim prior to exiting into the arrivals hall. The agent will ask you to provide your contact information as well as a detailed description of your baggage in order to prepare an incident report. You will then receive: a delayed baggage card (which explains the baggage recovery process) and a File Reference Number (if you are unable to locate a representative from your airline, one can be paged by calling the airport information line at 1-403-735-1234, by emailing infocentre@yyc.com or by picking up one of the information phones in baggage claim). You can monitor the status of your luggage by going to the website listed on your incident report.
