Michael Koziej, Director, Campus Mail Services, University at Buffalo, has worked in Student Affairs at the University at Buffalo (UB) for 20+ years. As Senior Associate Director for Campus Living, he provided leadership to the operational functions of UB’s housing areas, including contracts and assignments, customer service, marketing, information technology, residential fitness, and residential mail; the area responsible for overseeing nine mailrooms; and the annual delivery of 100,000+ packages to the 7,600+ students living on-campus. In 2021, Campus Living partnered with University Business Services to move residential mail under central campus mail services, the unit responsible for servicing the other 200+ university departments and businesses across three campuses and four hospitals within the Buffalo area. Michael became Director of Campus Mail services in July 2021.
