Steve Francis President & GM, Americas Quadient Steve joined Quadient in February 2012 as President and General Manager of the North America division, bringing 20 years of experience in the print space industry. A former executive at IBM and Ricoh, Steve has been involved in the evolution of the document technology industry from its birth in print production to its current state of sophisticated, multichannel technology. In June 2013, Steve was promoted to the President and General Manager of the Americas Group region of Quadient – taking on Latin America in addition to the Canadian and US operations that he was already responsible for. Steve has 3 top passions in life: family, friends and a great round of golf! Henri Dura Quadient CEO Henri Dura serves as Chief Executive Officer of Quadient. He has both marketing insight and international experience. In 2011, Henri served Managing Director of Neopost Document Solutions, responsible for building and growing the newly created Document Solutions Division. Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for the company, moving from managing director of Neopost France. Before joining Neopost, he held positions at Xerox, France Telecom, Kyocera and Pitney Bowes.
Andreas Scherrer Quadient Group AG Andreas joined Quadient in 1994 and was instrumental in building and growing the organization by leading the worldwide Finance and Administration Team. In February 2015, Andreas was promoted to CFO of the Neopost Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS) group. One of his proudest achievements was the successful implementation of SAP ERP plus IFRS as an accounting standard throughout the EDS group, bringing uniformity to the worldwide organization. Andreas Scherrer holds an E-MBA from both the Lorange Institute of Business Administration as well as the University of Wales.
test test test test Zbyněk Hodic joined Quadient in 1999 and is responsible for leading the Quadient Inspire technical roadmap as well as managing the central IT and support organization. He is also responsible for ensuring that Quadient’s products follow strict CMMI guidelines, adhere to ISO standards and are of world-class quality. During his time at Quadient, he has grown the R&D team into one of largest organizations in the industry. Zbyněk Hodic holds a diploma of Informatics from Charles University, and a Management diploma from University Hradec Kralove.
Tamir Sigal CMO Tamir Sigal is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software. Tamir is responsible for the development, direction and implementation of all global marketing activities including product management, corporate marketing and field marketing. Prior to joining Quadient, Tamir was the Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at RSD, a provider of document archiving solutions. He has over 17 years of experience in governance, enterprise archiving, document management, records management, and regulatory affairs.

He has been in the customer experience realm for nearly 20 years. He has helped household-name companies in 20 countries to strengthen customer relationships by improving communications, and Scott is a respected speaker, published author and well-known authority on the topic.
Stephanie Auchabie Quadient Global Executive VP Human Resources Stéphanie joined Quadient in October 2014, and in January 2015 she was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Neopost Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS), which includes Quadient, Satori Software (Seattle, US), DMTI Spatial (Toronto, Canada) and Human Inference (Arnhem, Netherlands). Prior to joining Quadient, Stéphanie spent 10 years in business administration and for 7 years was the head of Europe HR for Advantech, a global leader in the industrial PC market. Stéphanie holds a Master Degree in Human Sciences.

William Santiago VP Financial Services & MFG BJ brings 19 years of experience from the managed print services, ERP and cloud-based software industries. A former executive at Optio Software, Lexmark International and Intellinetics, Inc., BJ has been an industry thought-leader involved in the ever-changing landscape of document output management, enterprise content management and content management systems from the end of the 90s’ to its current state of complexed omnichannel technologies.
In January 2015, BJ was chosen as the Chief Sales Officer for mobiManage, Inc. – taking on their global role for all omnichannel sales and marketing operations.
BJ is a former officer in the US Army and Veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He is supported by his wife Lisa, and their 5 wochildren. His off-work passions are fitness, bowling and golf with friends and family.
Richard Lloyd Quadient Rich Lloyd has been in the printing industry for his entire professional career. A few years back at Drupa he was asked to talk about the latest trends in publishing and the affect that they have on digital printing. The feedback that he received from those sessions was that he was very passionate, excitable, engaging, and attentive, which pretty much sums up how he operates.....the tall guy who gets super jazzed about printing. He has a firm understanding of the dramatic changes that have occurred over the past several years within publishing, direct marketing, and digital printing and has been a frequent speaker at numerous events and tradeshows on various topics such as the value of color, the complexities behind business critical applications, digital publishing, and data driven communications.
